*LONG UPDATE POST*
Phew ok - this is gonna be a long one people, buckle up. For those that have noticed, before my website launch, I was pretty absent from posting the past several weeks. While some of that was working on my site, some was burnout and craziness at work but the other part was taking a hard look at my priorities and, more importantly, my health. Now, to most people I looked like a very average sized tall woman, but after every meal I was bloated and would take one look in the mirror and hate my body. I tried so many diets and “quick fixes” and, to no surprise, nothing worked. So I took a chance and gave @noom a try. Turns out their psychological approach to building healthy habits rather than just losing weight was exactly what I needed to get back on track. It’s not @wizardofza but hey it’s not bad 😉 who else is excited for his pizzeria to open so we can finally get our hands on those pies?! In the meantime, if you want to make it yourself, my dough recipe comes from @peterreinhart1 / @pizzaquesting and is one of my favorite things to make ahead, keep in the freezer, and break out when I want a quick but tasty dinner on a weeknight! Bonus is that by choosing exactly what goes on the pizza allows me to keep it as healthy as possible so I can have alllll the pizza without that pesky guilt.

Whether you are supporting restaurants by ordering takeout or SAFELY transitioning to dining in, there are some restaurants here in Columbus I feel should 100% be on your list. Of those restaurants, goodalestation should be at the top, especially when it comes to their happy hour which occurs Tues-Sat from 4-6pm and features heavily discounted wine, beer, cocktails and half-off their delicious “snack” sized offerings. Now, while these may be labeled as snacks, they certainly are much heartier when you consider my boyfriend who still eats like a high school football player in season, is satisfied by SHARING two of these snacks between us.
